Arcteq AQ-110PLV – Arc Flash Protection Relay

Arc-flash protection relay for LV/MV switchgear with both light and current sensing. Four arc-point channels (up to three sensors per channel) plus optional fibre-loop/AQD; three phase-current inputs (CTs or Rogowski); two high-speed outputs, four trip relays, system-failure relay, DIP-switch logic, optional Modbus RTU.      
Overview

AQ-110PLV detects arc-flash by combining light and overcurrent and trips the source breaker to minimise damage. It suits new builds and retrofits in LV/MV switchgear across utilities, plants, and commercial sites.

  • 92…265 V AC/DC or 18…72 V DC auxiliary supply (order-option)
  • Three phase-current inputs (1 A/5 A CTs) or Rogowski inputs (22.5/100/333 mV/kA)
  • Four arc-point channels; up to 12 point sensors total (3 per channel)
  • Optional S5 fibre loop channel or AQD arc-quenching control
  • Two high-speed semiconductor outputs; one binary output
  • Four trip relays; T3 available as NC lock-out; SF change-over relay
  • Self-supervision of sensors, I/O, CT circuits and DIP-changes
  • Optional Modbus RTU module; can report via an AQ-250 to IEC 61850
